Medic One follows the same guidelines as AHA and Red Cross. Medic One is affordable and offers church discount of $35.00 per student. Medic One will provide an additional discounted cost of $30.00 per student for a minimum class of 10 participants.

This course will introduce the basic skills necessary to manage life-threatening trauma. In addition to Basic Life Support (BLS) skills, the training will emphasize self-care and care under fire. Students will be familiarized with the contents of common  trauma kit and practice with a variety of commercial and improvised pressure bandages, tourniquets and hemostatic agents.

   Scene Safety and Injury Assessment 

      Control Life-Threatening Bleeding 

   How To Apply A Tourniquet(s)

   Hemostatic agents (Quikclot, Celox, etc.)

   Identifying and Managing Chest Wounds
