OPPOSE these RADICAL GUN CONTROL BILLS

1. HR127 "The Sabika Sheikah Firearms Licensing and Registration Act" - Create National Gun Registry, require gun owners to tell the government where firearm(s) are being stored, license need to simply own a firearm, mandatory psych evaluation to get a firearm license, carry an $800.00 firearms insurance policy, enact extreme ammunition restrictions including a ban on magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, or rounds 50 caliber or greater, criminalize us for non compliance which could lead to prison for up to 40 years and a fine up to $150,000.00.

2. HR8 "The Bipartisan Background Check of 2021" - Criminalize most firearm transaction and expand background check requirement. This bill establishes new background check requirements for firearm transfers between private parties (i.e., unlicensed individuals). Specifically, it prohibits a firearm transfer between private parties unless a licensed gun dealer, manufacturer, or importer, first takes possession of the firearm to conduct a background check. The prohibition does not apply to certain firearm transfers or exchanges, such as gift between spouses in good faith.

3. HR1446 "The Enhanced Background Checks of 2021" - (The Charleston Loophole) Expanding the background check from 3 days to 10 days. If the background check is not complete after 10 days, you may request an expedited review which gives the FBI an additional 10 days from the date you submitted your request to review and complete the background check before the sale can proceed. This is a potential 20 days, not just 10 days.

4. HR1808 / S. 736 "The Assault Weapons Ban of 2021" - This bill would ban 205 specific firearms erroneously classified "assault weapon", along with any other firearms meeting certain characteristics.

I have this to say, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!

Pray the republicans won't sway on any of these bills, but don't take the chance. Call your state representatives, also put in a call to Sens. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and warn them from stepping in to quick sand to making any deals with the devil.

Psalm 144:1

“Blessed be the Lord, My Rock who trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle”.

PREPARE. PREVENT. PREVAIL.

The right to vote is the foundation of any democracy. Chief Justice Earl Warren, for example, wrote in Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 555 (1964): "The right to vote freely for the candidate of one’s choice is of the essence of a democratic society, and any restrictions on that right strike at the heart of representative government. [...] Undoubtedly, the right of suffrage is a fundamental matter in a free and democratic society. Especially since the right to exercise the franchise in a free and unimpaired manner is preservative of other basic civil and political rights, any alleged infringement of the right of citizens to vote must be carefully and meticulously scrutinized." Justice Hugo Black shared the same sentiment by stating in Wesberry v. Sanders, 376 U.S. 1, 17 (1964): "No right is more precious in a free country than that of having a voice in the election of those who make the laws under which, as good citizens, we must live. Other rights, even the most basic, are illusory if the right to vote is undermined." wikipedia
